Comprising 121 homes and 3,500m2 of office space, Dalston Works demonstrates how the innovative use of sustainable materials can deliver high quality, high density buildings with minimal impact on the environment.
Conceived of and built in solid timber the structure of Dalston Works acts as a carbon store. Using 4,500m3 of timber the building has removed more than 3,670TCO2e from the atmosphere, and will act as a carbon sink for the duration of its life.
